10 miles

 

Today I finally managed to get my 10 miler in.

This run was deliberately slow (slower end of my long run paces 8:55-->8:10), I did a pretty good job of getting progressively faster.

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 3 large bananas, 150g kale, 1 tablespoon Vitamineral Green

Lunch - 1 pineappe, 1 large guava

Evening Meal -

Snacks -

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal -

Snacks - 2 cups oolong tea

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 10 miles

Bike - ~4 miles (1&2)+ ~4 miles

Gym -

Yoga -

Swim -

Plyometrics -
