My useless laptop Compaq Presario CQ40 keeps overheating and crashing.

New fan on order ...

I need to get a new copy of Dreamweaver as well!

Friday 1 mile run & plyometrics & core

Saturday 8 mile run

Sunday rest

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 3 large bananas, 250g papaya

Lunch - 2 large bananas, smoothie; strawberry, banana & apple juice + 1 tablespoon Vitamineral Green Powder

Evening Meal -

Snacks - 2 large bananas

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

Evening Meal -

Snacks - 1 oolong tea

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 9 miles treadmill - long run pace - build those miles up!
