Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - large green juice - green apples & kale/spinach

Lunch - Smoothie; 4 large bananas, 1 young green coconut water, 100g kale & 1 heaped tablespoon Vitamineral Green

Evening Meal - 15 cherry tomatoes, 1/2 romaine lettuce

Snacks - Smoothie; strawberry & apple juice & 1 heaped tablespoon Vitamineral Green

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal - dahl, tablespoon brown rice, small serving of organic aubergine & cauliflower curry (al dente).

Snacks - 1 cup of pu-erh tea, 1 cup Oolong tea, 1 chunk Green & Blacks organic 85% dark chocolate

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 9 miles in 1hr 12 mins

Yoga -

Swim -
