Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 3 large bananas, 200g spinach & kale, 1 young green coconut water, 1 heaped tablespoon Vitamineral Green

Lunch - 3 large bananas, 2 peaches, 1 Nam Dok Mai mango, 10 prunes

Evening Meal - raw garden burger (Spa in Chiang Mai), rocket salad, green juice and young green coconut water

Snacks - Smoothie; strawberry & apple juice & 1 heaped tablespoon Vitamineral Green and 1 heaped tablespoon Yaoh Hemp Protein Powder

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal -

Snacks - 1 cup of pu-erh tea, 1 cup Oolong tea, 1 peppermint tea, 3 chunks Green & Blacks organic 85% dark chocolate

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 5km progressive (treadmill @ 1%, 12.1kph through to 15.1kph)

Gym -

Yoga -

Swim -

Plyometrics - Bosu & wall slide
