Healing

 

Six days on from my knee sprain, and I'm still hobbling.

If I move my knee sideways I still get a sharp pain & weakness.

Walking with a limp (no crutches) is causing a myriad of other aches and pain from my change of gait/posture.

I love being a grumpy old man ;-)

 

I'm hoping I can walk normally at the beginning of next week, that will be a start!

Raw Food consumed today:

Breakfast - Large carrot, pear, apple, celery and broccoli juice 

Lunch -

Evening Meal -

Snacks -  two large bananas

Snacks -

 

Note - if there is nothing against either the Raw Food or Cooked Food consumed today meals, I haven't had a chance to update the info.

Honestly I do eat a lot!
