Some easy running and gym work ...
Off to Koh Samui today for a week - rainy season - looking forward to a few decent runs!
Ran 6 miles yesterday - Garmin battery died after 1 mile :-(
A few days before some fartlek over the same distance.
Got to build up a base again, I want to be running 10 milers comfortably by end of this month.
Raw Food consumed today:
Breakfast - 1/2 large watermelon shared with my 15 month angel Evi :-)
Lunch -
Evening Meal -
Snacks - 1.5 litres of green juice
Note- if there is nothing against either the Raw Food consumed today meals (or Cooked Food), it is just that I haven't had a chance to update the info.
Honestly I do eat a lot!
