Raw Food Blog - Next Race Chiang Mai Marathon

Time is running out!

I haven't done a long run for over 5 weeks. I'm going to run 15-18 miles tomorrow and see how I fare. Nothing too fast, maybe 8 min/miles.

The Chiang Mai marathon is one of the few races in Thailand which can be run in decent weather (i.e. not hot & humid!).

If tomorrow's run is poor, I will probably have to settle for the 1/2 marathon instead on the 28th December.

I've been reading a book on Hyperfitness it's an approach to fitness which abandons standard cardio and weights routines and opts for more plyometric based exercises (lots of them). Once Chiang Mai is out of the way, I'm going to start a 12 week fitness program following Sean's system.

I feel fantastic today, greens are amazing foods.
