Raw Food Blog - Next Race 10km Chiang Mai
After a very poor 8 miler yesterday, I've decided to give the Chiang Mai marathon a miss. I have a 10km race this weekend and I will attempt the 1/2 marathon on the 28th instead. Today called for lots of bike work to and back from the gym.
Raw Food consumed today:
Breakfast - 2 bananas, 1 green juice
Lunch - 2.5kg watermelon (yellow insides), Smoothie: 1 banana, 1/2 cup frozen strawberries, 2 apples juiced.
Evening Meal - 1 mango, 3 bananas, 6 prunes. 100g of red Thai spinach, 20 small tomatoes, glass red wine
Snacks - 3 bananas, 1 large pak choy, 1 cup blueberries, 2 heaped teaspoons Yoah Hemp Protein powder, 2 heaped teaspoons VItamineral Green powder
Cooked Food consumed today:

Evening Meal - lentils & rice and veg curry, 1 beer!
Snacks -
Training/Exercise today:
Run -
Bike - 3 miles + 11.2 miles
Gym - 1 hr upper body weights and plyometrics
