Running on Koh Samui.
I've been on Koh Samui for a week, and here I will stay until the Pattaya half marathon 19th July.
Updates have been sporadic over the last few weeks, laptop problems, Internet problems, moving house & generally busy!
I've only managed two runs this week, a 10 miler on Tuesday, a 6 miler on Thursday and a few miles on my bike.
A 12 miler beckons tomorrow morning although I may go for a 6 miler this afternoon as well.
I have six weeks left until the Pattaya half marathon, which is a fairly tough course (hills/undulating), I'm lucky that I have found a perfect 3 mile loop which mimics the conditions I am likely to encounter in Pattaya (& the heat!). I am also going to introduce some tough lactic threshold runs in a couple of week's time along with a 10k treadmill time trial.
It is nice to be back on Samui; freshly prepared fruit is everywhere! :-)
