Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - Smoothie; 2 large bananas, 150g papaya, 1 cup frozen blueberries, 100g kale & 1 tablespoon Vitamineral Green Powder

Lunch - 2 shots wheatgrass, 1 segment durian, Smoothie;banana, strawberry & apple juice

Evening Meal - 2 large tomatoes, 6 cherry, bunch basil, drop olive oil, seaweed, carrots, green salad

Snacks - 1 large guava, 2 bananas

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal - dash balsamic vinegar, boiled pumpkin 250g, end of a baked potato

Snacks - oolong tea, peppermint tea, sprinkle of granola

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run -

Bike - 14.5 miles to the gym & back

Gym - 50 minutes total body workout + core

Yoga -

Swim -

Plyometrics -
