Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - Smoothie; 3 large bananas, 200g papaya, 1 cup blueberries & 250g kale

Lunch - 3 large bananas, 1/2 large guava

Evening Meal - green salad, diced tomatoes/onions, rocket & tomato salad

Snacks - Smoothie; strawberry, banana & apple juice & 1 tablespoon Vitamineral Green Powder. Two large bananas, 300g papaya, 4 prunes.

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal - grilled vegetables & small amount of french bread!

Snacks - oolong tea, pu-erh tea, peppermint tea

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 5 miles easy

Bike -

Gym -

Yoga - 1 hour

Swim -

Plyometrics -
