Where did October go?! ;-)
I've been really busy again last month. Got to get focussed again on what matters! ;-)
I didn't get a place with CLIC Sargent in the London marathon, never mind I've set myself the following key races instead; Chiang Mai half marathon 27th December & the first ever Koh Samui International Marathon on the 28th February (more on that later).
There are plenty of local 6km-10.5km races coming up between now and February in Chiang Mai.
Raw Food consumed today:
Breakfast - half large watermelon
Lunch - 2 large bananas, large salad
Evening Meal -
Snacks - large 1litre green juice
