Breakfast - Smoothie; 2 mangoes, 2 large bananas, 200g kale & 1 tablespoon Vitamineral Green Powder

Lunch - 2 mangoes, 1 large dragon fruit, 8 prunes

Evening Meal - 2 bananas, 4 large tomatoes, bunch basil, drop olive oil, seaweed, red chillies

Snacks - 1 green apple, Smoothie; strawberries, banana, apple juice & 2 tablespoons Vitamineral Green Powder

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal - drop balsamic vinegar, small portion of steamed pumpkin & sweet potato

Snacks - oolong tea, pu-erh tea, peppermint tea

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 8 miles

Plyometrics - 10 mins
