Raw Food Diet and Running

Brighton 10k

 

Today I started a ten week training program to get me into shape for the Brighton 10k.

Eight years ago I ran it in 39.59.

I don't think I'll be running under 40 minutes again though ;-)

This time round I'll be very happy with a sub 45 minute 10k time.

Getting back into some proper training and losing ~10kg via a predominately raw food diet should do the trick!

 

Raw Food consumed today:

Breakfast - 3 nectarines & 1 peach

Lunch -

Evening Meal -

Snacks - Juice of 4 large oranges (post run)

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal -

Snacks -

 

Note - if there is nothing against either the Raw Food or Cooked Food consumed today meals, I haven't had a chance to update the info.

Honestly I do eat a lot!
