Brighton Marathon


Although I've not run for a week ... (knee still hurting), I'm getting loads of emails from charities who know I've not got a ballot place into London next year ...


The fundraise for some alternative marathons is only ~GBP 500, i.e. Brighton on the 14th April.

Decisions, decisions ...


Raw Food consumed today:


Breakfast - 1 pint of orange juice

Lunch - 2 bananas & 1/2 pineapple

Evening Meal

Snacks - 3 large Cox's apples


Cooked Food consumed today:

Note - if there is nothing against either the Raw Food or Cooked Food consumed today meals, I haven't had a chance to update the info.

Honestly I do eat a lot!
