I'm sure some crazy ultra distance runner has clocked over 1,000 miles whilst juice feasting ...

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 1 pint of orange juice & 3 nectarines

Note - if there is nothing against either the Raw Food or Cooked Food consumed today meals, I haven't had a chance to update the info.

Honestly I do eat a lot!
