Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - Smoothie; 10 small bananas, 1 mango, 1 cup blueberries, 100g spinach & 1 tablespoon Vitamineral Green Powder

Lunch - 10 cherry tomatoes, 1 sweet pepper, 1/2 cucumber, 100g lettuce

Evening Meal - salad, tomatoes, cucumber

Snacks - 300g pomelo, handful cashew nuts, 1 banana

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal - aubergine & kale curry with brown rice - OK that's enough of that rubbish!

Snacks - 1 oolong tea, 1 pu-erh tea, 1 peppermint tea

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 8 miles

Gym -

Yoga -

Swim -

Plyometrics -
