Base Training Schedule:

 

Raw Food Base Training

The bike miles equal half the running miles. If necessary I'll make up a proportion of the bike mile with junk/easy miles.

 

Eight miles was planned for this afternoon, but the gym was packed. Managed to squeeze in a progressive/fartlek 5k on the treadmill. Eight miler tomorrow morning on the cards ...

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 1.5kg watermelon

Lunch - 1.5kg watermelon

Evening Meal - 3 spicy Thai salads, 1 young green coconut

Snacks - 1 mango, Smoothie; strawberries, banana, apple juice & 1 tablespoon Vitamineral Green Powder

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal - coconut/potato curry with brown rice

Snacks - 1 oolong tea, 1 pu-erh tea, 1peppermint tea

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 5k treadmill

Bike -

Gym -

Yoga -

Swim -

Plyometrics - 10 minutes
