4 mile progressive run this evening. Nothing special. Just want to clock up those miles :-)

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - Smoothie; 3 large bananas, 200g kale, 1 young coconut, 1 cup blueberries, 1 tablespoon Vitamineral Green Powder

Lunch - 2 large bananas, 1 large mango

Evening Meal - Smoothie; 3 large bananas, 100g spinach, 1 cup blueberries + 3 large tomatoes, 50g lettuce

Snacks - 1 banana

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch - sprinkling of granola(!)

Evening Meal -

Snacks -1 mug pu-erh tea, 1 oolong tea

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 4 miles (3.4 + 0.6)

Bike -

Gym -

Yoga -

Swim -

Plyometrics -
