Three miler
Another annoying run with my Garmin. I thought it had picked up the signal, no luck 500m into the run.
Getting dark and far too much burning of stuff going on by the road side.
The run was suppose to be an enjoyable easy run!
I have enjoyed the green juices today :-)
Not an ideal mix of fats/carbs though; too much fat, too few calories probably - been busy working on new projects to think about eating!
Six miles of fartlek tomorrow - hopefully I'll be able to sneak out in the morning otherwise an evening run will have to suffice!
Raw Food consumed today:
Breakfast - Large green juice (green apple, young kale, bok choi, cucumber, ginger)
Lunch - 1kg cherry tomatoes, 150g cos lettuce & rocket, a few almonds, walnuts & almonds
Evening Meal - 2 large dragon fruit, 1 large banana
Snacks - 2 green apples, 1 large banana, 1 red apple, Large green juice (green apple, young kale, bok choi, cucumber, ginger)
Note - if there is nothing against either the Raw Food consumed today meals (or Cooked Food), I haven't had a chance to update the info.
Honestly I do eat a lot!
