Raw Food Diet and Running

October!

 

I can't believe it's October already!

I thought I'd be running 10 milers by now in preparation of the Brighton 10k.

The stiffness is gradually easing, although it has been 2 weeks since I sprained my knee!

Another cautious run, 2 miles this time.

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - Pint of beetroot, apple, celery, greens & carrot juice + 2 Cox's apples

Lunch - Fruit salad of apples, pineapple & banana shared with my angel Evi :-) followed by an avocado & celery

Evening Meal

Snacks - 4 Cox's apples, 1 banana

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal

Snacks -

 

Note - if there is nothing against either the Raw Food or Cooked Food consumed today meals, I haven't had a chance to update the info.

Honestly I do eat a lot!

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - A tentative 2 miler!

Yoga -

Swim -

Plyometrics -
