Raw Energy
I've just rediscovered an old gem of a book called Raw Energy by Leslie and Susannah Kenton .
Written in 1984 it advocates a 70%+ raw diet and covers loads of background information.
I picked up a copy for 60p in a second hand shop!
Raw Food consumed today:
Breakfast - Smoothie: banana, pineapple, spinach & vitamineralgreen powder
Lunch - 4 Cox's apples, a small salad of spinach, carrots, avocado
Evening Meal -
Snacks - 2 Cox's apples

Note - if there is nothing against either the Raw Food or Cooked Food consumed today meals, I haven't had a chance to update the info.
Honestly I do eat a lot!
