Mixed couple of weeks.

After the madness of Songkran (Thai New Year), the kids and myself picked up a rotavirus; sickness and diarrhoea.

Followed by a nasty splinter in the sole of my foot.

Outcome? Not a lot of running in April!

Back on track tomorrow with my long runs.

The half marathon in Phuket is fast approaching!

 

I'm also going to do a 100% raw 7 day mini detox starting on Sunday 2nd.

I will try and log everything.
