Five Miler + Fartlek
Intentions, intentions!
Although I've been running, I most definitely got distracted with a two month holiday (& work) on Koh Samui during the summer!
I'm back on Samui now for the week, so I'm hoping I can fit in another jungle run.
The Koh Samui 1/2 marathon beckons on the 19th September, good preparation for my first attempt at the Bangkok marathon November 21st.
My fitness is gradually returning :-)
I ran this morning in Chiang Mai, a little humid but I felt OK. Fartlek felt OK too.

Note - if there is nothing against either the Raw Food or Cooked Food consumed today meals, I haven't had a chance to update the info.
Honestly I do eat a lot!
