Raw Food Marathon Day Seventy Eight
Change of Plans ...
Circumstances beyond my control mean I have to miss the Hastings marathon :-(
I am travelling to Koh Samui today and flying to the UK at the end of the week, however I will not be staying long enough to take part in the Hastings marathon :-(
I have one consolation, two days after my 40th birthday this month, I will taking part in my first Veterans race; the Crowborough 10km !
As I will be travelling for the best part of a month, my blog updates may be infrequent.
Raw Food consumed today:
Breakfast - 3 large organic bananas, 100g pak choi, 200g kale, 1 young coconut water, 2 heaped teaspoons Vitamineral Green powder
Lunch - 2 young coconuts, 1/2 pineapple, 1 large mixed green salad with onions, chillies and limes
Evening Meal - cashew nuts
Snacks - 1 green apple, smoothie; mango & pineapple
Cooked Food consumed today:

Snacks - 1 oolong tea, 1 peppermint tea, 1 green tea and a few too many beers :-(
Training/Exercise today:
Run - 5km (5 mins warm-up, 2 x 600m @ 15.6kph, 1 x 600m @ 16kph & 1 x 600m @ 16.4kph, 1 x 400m @ 6% incline, with short jog recoveries)

Gym - Total body workout (40 mins)
