Lunch - large plate of tomatoes, large plate of cucumber, 2 large papaya salads, mixed green salad
Evening Meal - 2 Young coconuts, 2 large papaya salads
Snacks - 1 oolong tea, 1 peppermint tea, Smoothie; 2 bananas, 1/4 pineapple, 2 heaped teaspoons Vitamineral Green powder

Bike - 2 miles
