Raw Food Marathon Day Forty One
Back on Track.
After yesterday's wobble I'm back on track with my 100% raw food mind set, bar tofu until I get my hemp!
My wife wants to join me too for a week (starting from tomorrow!).
My calves are killing me today. I'm going to skip the gym and get a massage instead :-)
A may do a spot of yoga later on as well.
My back is hurting somewhat. Part of yesterday's fiasco involved my camel pack rucksack rubbing on my neck/shoulder - it's rubbed raw. I actually ran 3 miles with my left hand placed under the strap to stop the bleeding/chaffing. I think that's what has caused the muscle discomfort. I want to do a 7 mile tempo tomorrow. Fingers crossed it's OK by the end of the day.
I'm not feeling 100% right now! :-(
Raw Food consumed today:
Breakfast - 2 large oranges, smoothie; 3 organic bananas, 1 large pak choy, 1 cup blueberries, 1 young coconut, 2 heaped tablespoons Vitamineral Green powder.
Lunch - 5 organic bananas, 125g rehydrated organic sultanas, 1 kiwi
Evening Meal - 1kg of large tomatoes, 1 organic romaine lettuce, 1 organic cucumber, bunch parsely. Wakame seaweed & 250g organic tofu in organic miso.
Snacks - 2 cups red aged pu-erh tea, 1 peppermint tea
