Raw Food Diet and Running

A week into my training and all is going well. I ran a 10 miles Normal (10N) Plan
This is a 10 mile run averaging 7:40 pace. Starting off at 8 min/mile and finishing around 7:20. The second 5 miles is run about 1-2% faster than the first half.

I ran this in 1:12:46 today. Perfect weather 59F/15C, 94% humidity.

Ooops I ran this a bit faster than planned!
Look at those almost perfect negative mile splits!

Today I ate the following Raw Food...

Breakfast - bananas
Lunch - bananas, blueberries, hemp protein powder, kale, bok choy, young coconut water
Dinner - lettuce, tomatoes, celery, cucumber, mushrooms, alfalfa & peanut sprouts
Snacks - dates, raisins
