Six Miler
Wow I'm unfit!
Today's six miler felt tough; I ran it a little faster than I intended to (20 secs/mile), but it was supposed to be an easy run!
I think the next 4 months are going to be tough! Discipline is going to be essential. I've got a fair bit of travel/work ahead of me, but I'm determined to run a decent marathon in November.
