Back in the UK :-)

 

Arrived back in the UK on Friday and I went for a run on Saturday, nothing too crazy, just enough to loosen up the jet lag!

Tempo run today, nice to be able to run in the middle of the day and without getting hot!

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - 1 apple, 4 clementines

Lunch - 4 bananas, 1/2 bag mixed greens;rocket, watercress & spinach

Evening Meal -

Snacks - 5 bananas, 1/2 bag mixed greens;rocket, watercress & spinach

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Lunch -

Evening Meal -

Snacks - 1 cup green tea, 1 peppermint tea

 

Training/Exercise today:

 

Run - 5.5 miles tempo

Gym -

Yoga -

Swim -
