~20 miles too much too soon ouch!

 

Sunday's ambitious long run & hilly jungle run in one day has played havoc with my quads :-(

I've decided to postpone today's run until late afternoon. Maybe I'll get a massage in first ... !

 

Raw Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast - Two green apples

Lunch - 2 large Green Smoothies;2 young coconuts, 2 mangoes, 4 bananas & 2 handfuls of 'morning glory' greens

Evening Meal -

Snacks - 1/6 watermelon, 1/4 pineapple & 1 large guava

 

Cooked Food consumed today:

 

Breakfast -

Evening Meal -

Snacks - 2 cups pu-erh tea
