Raw Food Marathon Day Twenty
My wife's waters broke at 6 am this morning. Don't be surprised if this blog doesn't get updated for a few days :-)
Missed my gym/weights session today. Glad I fitted my long run in yesterday morning!
There was some other food, I can't remember ! :-)
Raw Food consumed today:
Breakfast - 1/4 watermelon, 2 apples, 10 strawberries, 1 guava & passion fruit juice/smoothie
Lunch - 2 large organic herbal salads; greens and mixed fruits; star fruit, red dragon fruit, avocado dressing. One young coconut.
Evening Meal - large mixed green salad. 300g cherry tomatoes, 1/2 cucumber
Snacks - 5 strawberries, large passion fruit smoothie, 4 organic bananas, 1 peppermint tea, 1/2 pineapple, 2 red apples

Gym -
